Completed [EU 2FORT] Remove 32 players (1 Viewer)

Hello furries of furry video game community for hat simulation video game.

We (the normal, non-furry people of 2fort) want to revert back to a max 24 player count.

2fort is a relatively small map with very few health packs and ammo packs. The spawn points are located roughly near the middle in each halves of the map, which creates a lot of traffic in and out of each base and makes it already difficult to attack with just 12 players on each team. The instant respawn is quite literally instant, as in, it takes less than a quarter second to respawn. 50% more players in such an environment creates such a huge mess, and it might have alienated a lot of the old time users who played on it for years as a 24-player server and got used to it that way.

The server is currently dead, and although we cannot say for sure if the increased max player count helped murder the amount of active players, there is certainly no reason to have it there anymore. We feel like maybe having 24 players is a good start for reviving the server.

In addition, it was a huge change that no one wanted and no one asked for. None of the admins, none of the regulars.

I agree with OP on this one. Might be worth a shot while we are nowhere near having 24 active players, or 32...

Well I was for the change at the time but I do see that it wasn't really for the best.
