Speaking from my own personal opinion stating your reason why the admins should Forgive you is because your brother is the one that freekilled shows no responsibility or accountability for the actions taken. taking a note from valve " what happens with your account is the account holders fault regardless".

Personally i find someone who can admit they have done wrong and genuine appologies for their actions goes leeps and bounds into people trusting that should they unban you then your actions will not be repeated.
