Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: When i click on bans they lead to table where are 6 other guys named Gunter but none of them are me with my id and when i try to search my i find nothing. Is there some other place where i have to look ?

The provided SteamID is correct. This seems to be an issue with sourcebans.
Your account got ip linked to another banned ip.
Usually if this happens your accounts gets banned for "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account".
For whatever reason this did not happen and sourcebans assumed you were still this guy trying to rejoin, listing you only as blocked.
This explains why your "ban" does not show up as such.
The ip link seems to be a false positive due to ip recycling, therefore i removed it.
