When we accept a report it’s a culmination of the incidents they’ve done during that time period, in other words accepting reports of an incident prior to an initial report would be counterintuitive.

Unless it’s serious enough to justify it, no point in punishing a player that is already serving their punishment.

At most it’ll be used in any decision making going forward, but just know I cannot punish him at this time.
